CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products being digital/printables, our shop does not allow any cancellations, returns or exchanges. The shop is not responsible for accidental purchases of incorrect items, such as the wrong design, the wrong size, or repeat purchases of the same items, unless due to an error by the shop. Refunds will not be eligible under these circumstances. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing the correct items. SMPLANS LLC is not responsible for printer issues. Printing instructions and tips are available here. Please note that it's impossible to have instructions or troubleshoot every issue due to variability in brands, printers, and settings. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued due to printer issues.

SMPLANS TERMS OF USE

By purchasing and downloading our products, you are agreeing to these terms:

Purchased files are strictly for PERSONAL use only and sharing files is prohibited.
You may not edit, reproduce, redistribute, copy, share, send, or sell our products in any form, such as physically or digitally, for free or for profit.
Printables and digital downloads are not permitted for commercial use. You may not use the digital files or copy SMPLANS layouts for commercial purposes/for profit.
You may not use the files for defamatory purposes.
You may not print SMPLANS products in large quantities without contacting SMPLANS directly about commercial licensing.
SMPLANS LLC retains rights to all products within the shop and reproduction for profit of any products is strictly prohibited.
Altering of inserts, such as text is permitted for personal use only.
Utilizing a third party print shop such as Office Max, Office Depot, public libraries, Stables, to print files is allowed.
Only authorized printers designated by SMPLANS LLC are authorized to print inserts. The current authorized printers are listed here.

We will always be upfront if and when we receive a product or service for free to provide an authentic review.
